The program will consist of a specialist infants program, preschool program, school age lessons and the opportunity for competitive swimming. There is no point exercising if you are not performing your exercises properly. To get results ensure that your technique is accurate! Next time you attempt Lat Pulldowns, make sure you soften grip on bar, this will take the tension out of your forearms and put the focus in to your lats where it should be. Sit tall and brace your abdominals. Lean back slightly and draw bar to top of the chest. Concentrate on pulling your elbows down to torso instead of hands and relax shoulders.
Make the most of the summer fruits with great smoothies such as Banana and Berry. Smoothies can be a delicious and nutritious drink that can help you cool off on a hot summer’s day and is also ideal for kids! Smoothies tend to be filling so they could even be a great substitute snack rather than filling up on in junk!
